Village Flowers at Rookwood is operated by a private Sydney based company established in 1999. We offer a premium, reliable service for our customers and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Village Flowers at Rookwood source the freshest and highest quality flowers available for our customer orders.

ORDERS

Orders can be made in person at the Village Flowers at Rookwood on-site shop at Rookwood Cemetery between 7:00am – 3:30pm (7 days) or via telephone on 02 8665 4420 between 9:00am – 5:00pm (Monday to Friday).

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders are confirmed at time of payment.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Cash, Eftpos, Credit Card, Direct Debit are available payment options. Credit Card fees are as stated below:

Amex/JCB: 2.95
Visa Credit: 1.50
Visa Debit: 1.0
Mastercard Credit: 1.50
Mastercard Debit: 0.80

CANCELLATION

No charge will be applied for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of floral delivery/service. For orders cancelled within 24 hours, full fees will be applied.

SATISFACTION

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your arrangement please send us pictures via email (florist@villageflowersatrookwood.com.au) and outline the reason for your complaint. Subject to our agreement on a valid complaint we will replace at no charge within 72 hours.

DELIVERY

We will deliver anywhere within Sydney Metropolitan area. Courier charges will apply.

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

Due to the seasonality of flowers and plants, if a flower pictured is unavailable for any reason then our team of expert florists will substitute the bloom for a flower of the same quality and value. We will endeavour to advise you should this be the case. Wrapping, containers, vases and vessels are also subject to availability on the day of delivery. Our expert team will ensure that any substitute product will be of similar quality and value of the one ordered.
